faulty or incorrect items

We accept returns for defective or incorrect products within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Email support@ovaperformances.com with your order number, full name, the reason for the return and photos of the product and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

We do not currently process size exchanges or returns for change of mind. Check the size guide before ordering, and write to us if you are between sizes.
